Why pay expensive London hotel rates when all you need for your stay is a clean and quiet room, located in Central London? For less than a hostel-rates, it is still possible to have your own room when visiting London, where you can relax after an exiting day's shopping and sight seeing.

Our comfortable guest house is located between Liverpool Street, and Bethnal Green Tube stations, with both the number 8 (24 hours a day every 8 minutes to Oxford Circus), and the number 388 buses stopping across the street from us.

McDonalds, Tesco and everything else you might need is also in the immediate area,with easy access from all of London's airports and railway stations.

With a fantastic central location, it is easy reach all that London has to offer, whilst staying in one of our clean and comfortable rooms.

Included in our daily rates are:
-Clean towels and bedlinen.
-The use of a clean, well equipped kitchen.
-Clean bathroom, with separate guest toilet.
-Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection.
-Use of the washing machine.
-Each individual room locks, with only 4 guest-rooms in the house.
-There are no hidden or extra charges.

House rules

Not always possible to get the same room as shown on the picture as there are 4 rooms in our house 2 normal double rooms and 2 triple rooms and we move guests around to accommodate everybody. Please note all 4 rooms's pictures are on Wimdu.com so please look at all the pictures.

clean, nice and comfortable apartement. You share bathroom and kitchen with other travellers, but it´s easy working and everyday clean! And the location is just perfect, very central! I recommend it a lot!! Thanx Hester!!

Petit logement dans rue très passante, mais une fois à l'intérieur c'est calme. Tout est propre et correct. Cuisine bien équipée.

The apartment is in good condition and I was very pleased to find the place clean and with all you need for an enjoyable stay in London. The kitchen was fully equipped and even had some teas and coffees to help yourself. Very nice apartment.

After writing to cnfirm our next day arrival, Hester emailed back to say there was a double booking and she's have to find us another room. Shock! Another hotel was found and it worked out in the end. Hester was sorry and we hope to stay there another time

La chambre est très bien placée, 10 min de marche pour rejoindre le metro, et 10 min de métro pour rejoindre le centre de Londres. L'appartement est propre, quelques endroits abimés, mais convient très bien pour passer quelques jours à Londres. Dommage, que l'hote n'habite pas sur place, j'aurai aimé partager et papoter avec l'habitant!

It was a perfect place to spend a cheap holiday in London. The home is very nice and cosy. Furthermore, there is the possibility to use the kitchen as you like. The room is welcoming with all you eed. Also the staff is very nice and kind, and make you feel home. Finally, from the house you can reach the centre of London and where you want very easily by tube or bus. I recommend it to every one! Really is perfect to enjoy your stay in London!

Very nice trip to London, and a very convenient appartement. Useful kitchen and free service internet have been appreciated by myself. I recommend this room.

The Flat is like the description, is clean and well equiped. Everything there what u need. WiFi works. Near the busstation und tube is 5 minutes to walk. We recommend a stay in this flat!
