The district Schwanthalerhöhe, north of the Theresienwiese, is already on the move and is listed as a new in-district. If you prefer, you can leave your car and do everything on foot and by bicycle. As far as catering and entertainment are also within walking distance.
In this trendy area of Munich is lined with a harmonically Donnersberger courts. The location guarantees excellent transport links. By running in the immediate vicinity of the Landsberger Straße and just three minutes walking distance train station Donnersbergerbrücke you have connected to the central ring and the MVV network. The tram station Schrenk street lines 18/19 is just a few meters in front of the door.
And the way to the Oktoberfest, it is only 7.5 minutes by bike.

Behind the Karlstor and Stachus extends Munich's old town including the shopping street with the highest turnover in Germany. For fans of machinery and equipment, this is a must: the German Museum on Museum Island in the Isar. It is the most visited museum in the Republic. Art lovers visit the galleries of the art premises in Munich.
