Hi my name is Marcello, mine is a two-bedroom (queen-size bed both) apartment plus a dining room, a big living room, a kichten, a bathroom and a big entrance, with stylish antique furniture. My hosting includes breakfast and a welcome gift. The apartment is located in the middle of a tringle between C.so Sempione, Fiera Milano City and the Mall "Il Portello" where you'll find good shopping (right across the street you'll find the ICT Mall "Saturn"). In front of the main door (right side) you'll find the tram n° 14 which will drive you to the center of Milan crossing Parco Sempione, the artist's district Brera (Pinacoteca di Brera - Piccolo Teatro Strehler), Piazza Duomo (Milan's Cathedral, 6 km - 20 mins) an then to "Colonne di San Lorenzo" and "Navigli Area" where you can find good restaurants, bars and clubs to hang out in many different ways; the tram n° 19 which drives directly to the historic area of "Sant'Ambrogio" (Science Museum - Cenacolo's Museum) and then directly to "Navigli Area"; the buses 90 and 91(the stop is right in front of the main door), after only trhee stops, will bring you to Lotto Metro Station (Red Line - MM1) which goes to the center (Duomo, San Babila, P.ta Venezia) and to Milan's Fair (Rho-Pero, 8 stops). To get to Milan City Fair you'll have to make a 10 mins walk. We suplly many services (internet, Tv, Cable Tv, AC, Central Heating and it's equipped of everything you might need for your daily life like you'd be home, so this accomodation suits to long term rentals. Additional facilities with fee: Cleaning: 35 € for any single further cleaning you might ask; Catering (reservation in advance needed) with tipical cuisines; Garage (10 € per day); Laundry (from 5 to 10 € depending on the service - cleaning, ironing). I'll be always present at your arrival and departure and, naturally, for any of your needs
