Single story house on a quiet street with parking for 2 cars in the driveway and plentiful street space. Landscaped front garden leads to entry.
Entering the house into the front living room, a spacious room hosting a piano and seating - a place to relax, read, do yoga or be alone. The house boasts hardwood floors throughout (with the exception of the bathrooms which are tiled).
The 2 bedrooms are located at the front of the house - both of which have Queen sized beds with new 100% cotton bedding and anti allergen pillows/duvets. Storage space is provided with built in wardrobes and drawers. Both bedrooms and the front living room provide light reducing blinds to add to a comfortable night's sleep. Premium mattresses are provided to add to your comfort. 100% cotton towels provided (6 sets - face, hand & towel). Additional bedding available for unexpected guests.
The back of the house has a beautiful Italian gourmet kitchen with high end appliances, including Bosch "whisper quiet" dishwasher, Dacor stove, Kitchen Aid Refrigerator with water filtration system and ice maker. The back living area hosts a large leather sectional couch, 50" flat screen tv, Bose 321 DVD, Bose Ipod Docking station and CD system and dining area. Bright and fresh, this area is a pleasure to entertain and relax in.
The back garden is split into 3 levels. The ground floor level is accessible through French doors which lead out from the inside dining area. The outside ground floor area is enclosed by bamboo plants and has a relaxing seating area. The middle area is home to a 30' solar/gas heated lap pool, 6 person hot tub, large deck and grass area. Lounge chairs and an outside sectional seating area and propane heater are also on the mid-level.
The upper level consists of 2 areas. An upper deck dining area with seating for 6, partially shaded under a large Ficus tree and a landscaped area which is also partially grassed.
The back garden is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax during the day or at night. Large pool towels provided for your comfort/convenience.
Front loading Washer and Dryer provided in Laundry Room with detergent for your convenience.
Full bathroom and 3/4 bathroom (shower, wc and sink) are located within the house. Heating is also provided.
Parking in driveway for up to 2 vehicles. Plentiful street parking.
ADT burglar alarm with sensors provided. Satellite television provided for guest convenience.
