The apartment was renovated in April 2014
Apartment is on the first floor of the 120 year old house, comfortable for sleeping up to four people, located in the very heart of Split, 60 meters from the Dioklecian palace walls.
Apartment consists of two rooms with double bed , kitchen with dining area, living room and bathroom.
Living room and the bedroom is overlooking on the main town promenade Marmont.
Apartment is 15-minute walk distant from the famous sandy beach Bačvice. The park forest Marjan with its natural and jogging paths in deep shade (ideal for recreation and relaxation) is just 800 meters from the apartment.
The nearest food and supply store, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy, fish market is within 20 meters range and Riva (sea port) 10 meters away. The Main Bus and Train Station, as well as the Ferry Port with direct lines to nearby islands (Brač, Hvar, Vis..) are just 800 meters away.
'Ilićev prolaz' apartment is perfect for discovering one of the oldest and most intrigue cities in Mediterranean.

-please respect our neighborhood, it's expressly forbidden to make loud noises in time between 2pm-4pm and from 11am to 8am
-parties are not permitted
-it is not permitted to invite in the property persons that are not our guests,
-in the evening when you get home, lock the front door .
