Visitors without cars will find a wide range of transportation options: all MUNI train lines are within a couple blocks, including the Historic F line which travels down Market Street to Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, farmers markets, shopping, museums and more. For travelers wanting to visit Union Street, the Marina and Presidio MUNI bus service is available on the same block; the same bus runs through the Castro and Noe Valley in the other direction. Even traveling to and from the airport is just one train connection away. Rental cars are available from several ZipCar.com locations within a couple blocks. Car owners will find street parking and a public garage is close by.

The clean attic unit is located on the third floor with a dramatic view of downtown San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay. The unit runs from one end of the house to the other with a large window at one end and a historic stained glass window at the other. The unit features sky lights and an open bathroom with tub. The space features beams and a slanted high ceiling. The floors are fully carpeted. The unit is located on the third floor of a historic Queen Anne Victorian in the Duboce Triangle neighborhood and is accessed from a second floor entry leading to a spiral staircase to the third floor. The front garden is accessed through a wrought iron gate. The unit features a comfortable, low king sized bed, a seating area and writing desk, designer sheets.

The location is very central. Stroll to nearby outdoor cafes, a French bistro, a wide range of diverse bars and dance clubs, the historic Castro Theater, the historic Mission Dolores, Haight Ashbury and much more. The unit shares a front entrance with the rest of the building and visitors may be greeted by the friendly and quiet labrador retriever in the front foyer.

Your hosts will welcome you with fresh linens and towels and a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffee and teas. The room is also equipped with a microwave, hair dryer and writing desk and chair. We are happy to direct you to all of the wonderful amenities San Francisco has to offer. Your hosts both speak English, one speaks German (Deutsch), and the other speaks Mandarin and Taiwanese.
